Packaging & Branding

A packaging project that focused on rebranding an existing piece of food or drink style package. For this design brief I chose a supermarket own brand Tea bags from Tesco which three types of tea. The packaging type I chose to re-design was in the form of a tin rather than a box packaging structure, this type of packaging is used for Tea as a product which included a lid to reseal the product once opened. The finished outcome was a packaging prototype designed and printed to evaluate how successful its was against the design brief. The material would have been in theory reliable against its purpose and recyclable after use. The graphic design seen on the packaging is the final solution which included three variations of different Tea flavours, communicated through the use of typography, colours and visual photography.
